- Refund Policy
- Concierge Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced (e.g., research, vendor comparisons, booking confirmations).
If you cancel before PackdriveGo begins work, your concierge fee will be refunded in full. - Vendor charges (movers, cleaners, storage, etc.) are governed by the vendor’s own policies. PackdriveGo is not responsible for vendor-specific refunds.
- Where escrow is used, funds will not be released until services are completed to the client’s satisfaction.

- Dispute Policy
- If you are dissatisfied with a vendor service coordinated by PackdriveGo, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
- PackdriveGo will facilitate communication between you and the vendor to resolve the dispute fairly.
- For escrow transactions, PackdriveGo may withhold payment to the vendor until the matter is resolved.
