Cancellation Policy

• • Concierge Packages may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund (if no work has commenced).
  • Cancellations made after services have begun (e.g., comparison documents prepared, bookings confirmed) will forfeit the concierge fee.
  • Vendor services (movers, cleaners, storage, utilities) follow their individual cancellation policies.
  • PackdriveGo will coordinate but cannot override a vendor’s terms.
  • If PackdriveGo cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of your concierge fee.
